HP SYNTHETIC MOTOR OIL
HPL’s Full Synthetic Motor Oil is designed for those looking for higher performance and better protection. It is formulated to maximize performance and meet the demands of high performance gasoline and diesel engines. HPL’s additive technology helps prevent sludge and varnish deposits resulting in a very clean engine and can increase horsepower output.
Manual Transmission
HP Manual Transmission Fluid is a TO-4 type fluid, specially formulated with multiple antioxidants in order to combat any type of oxidation that your lubricates are subjected to. This fluid is specially formulated with synthetic base oils to meet the demanding requirements of heavy duty transmissions while providing maximum protection and extended operating life.
Hydraulic Life
Hydraulic Life oil is a high performance hydraulic fluid formulated for use in all hydraulic systems. It has extremely long life with excellent oxidation stability and is compatible with most seals. Also available in both cold temperature and high temperature formulations – Arctic Hydraulic Life and Hydraulic Life HT.
Gear Life
HPL Gear Life is a high performance non corrosive synthetic EP gear lubricant recommended for use in helical, herringbone, hypoid-type, spiral bevel, straight bevel and spur gears that are subject to heavily loaded conditions. HPL Gear Life provides cost savings by mitigating parasitic loss resulting in longer equipment life and returned efficiency in used equipment. Formulated with high performance antioxidants and high quality anti-wear chemistry HPL Gear Life provides high load carrying ability coupled with excellent oxidation stability. Where other EP lubricants fall short, HPL Gear Life will protect equipment in the most extreme applications. HPL Gear Life meets or exceeds: AGMA 252.04, AGMA 9005-E02, ISO 12925-1 CKC, ISO 6743-6 CKC, US Steel 224, and DIN 51517 Part III.
Compressor Life Fluids
The Compressor Life (CL) high performance synthetic fluids provide cost savings by mitigating parasitic loss, resulting in longer equipment life and returned efficiency in used equipment. The CL line of fluids protects against corrosion and rust, has excellent oxidation stability, and quickly separates from water. Compressor Life is formulated with uncompromising advanced additive technology combined with the very best synthetic base stocks in the industry.
Worm Gear Life
HPL Worm Gear Life is a high performance synthetic compounded gear oil specially formulated for enclosed worm gear drives. This fluid possesses outstanding performance in single and double enveloping gearing utilizing steel on steel, bronze on steel and bronze on bronze. HPL Worm Gear Life is safe for yellow metals routinely used in worm gear applications. HPL Worm Gear Life provides superior oxidation resistance in high temperature applications where EP gear lubricants cannot be used. HPL Worm Gear Life is highly recommended in all models of equipment containing worm gearing.
Turbine Life
Turbine Life is a high performance premium synthetic lubricant designed for use in applications where EP gear oils are not required or recommended. Turbine Life is commonly used to lubricate high speed single helical, and herringbone reduction gear sets subject to moderate to light loads. Turbine Life can also be used to lubricate spiral bevel, straight bevel and spur gear drives subject to light loads. Turbine Life is ideally suited and compatible with anti-rotation devices and wet braking systems, while continuing to provide superior wear protection on internal components.
Cylinder Life
Cylinder Life is a high performance lubricant designed for use in Reciprocating Gas Compressors in hydrocarbon service. Cylinder Life provides cost savings by reducing friction resulting in longer equipment life.
R&O Oil
R&O is a high performance synthetic blend lubricant designed for use in applications where EP gear oils are not required or recommended and operating conditions do not justify the use of more costly oils.
Seal Life
HPL Seal Life* is a high performance premium synthetic formulation designed for extreme operating conditions in both low and high temperature applications for mechanical seals. HPL Seal Life is ideally suited for process applications where downstream catalysts are involved and require a non-reactive fluid.
Natural Gas Engine Oil
